Meet John-Paul DaviesOwner & Operator, Fix My Home LLC
Hello, my name is John-Paul Davies, and I am the owner and operator of Fix My Home LLC. Construction has been more than just a career for me — it has been my passion for over 14 years.
I began my journey as a carpenter, spending seven years working hands-on in both residential and commercial construction. During that time, I gained experience in new construction, renovations, and remodeling projects, developing a strong understanding of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As my experience grew, I accepted an opportunity to travel the country as a working superintendent for a large construction company, overseeing projects and coordinating trades from the field. While I enjoyed the challenge and responsibility, becoming a father changed my priorities. Wanting to spend more time at home with my newborn daughter, I transitioned into project management — combining my field experience with leadership and client service.
Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, I quickly became one of the top performers within my organization and was promoted to Construction Manager within two years. After years of helping others build their businesses, I decided it was time to build my own — and founded Fix My Home LLC.
A Journey Rooted in Family & Community
Originally from Miami, Florida, I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with homeowners from diverse backgrounds. My journey has taken me from South Florida to rural Illinois, where I lived for seven years, then to Jacksonville, and ultimately to Lakewood Ranch — where my family and I proudly call home today.
At Fix My Home LLC, our mission is simple: treat every client's home as if it were our own. We understand that inviting a contractor into your home requires trust, and we work hard to earn that trust through honest communication, reliable service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. Whether it's a small repair, a custom closet, a bathroom remodel, or a larger home improvement project, our clients always come first.
When you hire Fix My Home LLC, you're not just hiring a contractor. You're working directly with an experienced construction professional who is personally invested in the success of your project and committed to delivering results you can be proud of.
